ILUMNO

Directed the global shared IT services organization that supported the digital transformation for nine higher educational institutions in Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. Championed the creation of the ILUMNO Cloud, which supported the company’s Online Program Management (OPM) services using a combination of Private and Public Cloud services, delivering over 20 on-demand core business applications for half a million students, 15,000+ faculty, and 7,000+ staff.

GRUPo AMPER

Managed business operations for AMPER’s global security division, providing advanced homeland security software, critical infrastructure protection, and security solutions for corporations and governments worldwide. Directed daily operations, including sales and pre-sales in 22 countries and product engineering teams distributed across Spain, India, and Colombia. Administered $18.5M budget and held profit and loss responsibility. Built a $600M pipeline by introducing Homeland Security solutions into Latin American region.

Drove global change in AMPER’s value proposition strategy, supervising teams across Spain, Latin America, and American Samoa.
